The overall duration for migration of data from Kayako to HappyFox majorly depends on the number of tickets that you have in your Kayako account.
Absolutely not.It takes minimal or no effort from your side. Feed in your Kayako credentials and the HappyFox API key and sit back while the tool imports all your entities including Tickets, Contacts, Attachments and all else.
You would be required to create the staff accounts and custom fields in HappyFox, but that will hardly be any tedious task. The tool we use for import will ask check for these fields and accounts before you do the transfer and inform you in case anything is missing.
The tool does the bulk of the work and there are hardly any chances of facing difficulty. But if you do, the HappyFox support team will be more than happy to help you.
While importing contacts, we use HappyFox API which is SSL enabled. There is no local storage of the data during the import. The contact/ticket is read from Kayako and directly pushed into HappyFox.
Further, we ensure that your data is not touched or affected by always accessing Kayako data in a read-only mode.
As mentioned above, we don’t touch your data. Let’s say, you wanted to abort the import for some reason, you can continue to use your Kayako data. You can also restart the update after a few minutes or whenever you feel comfortable, without any data loss at your Kayako end.
