Your agents can effortlessly log in to HappyFox using their Google Apps credentials, eliminating the need for a separate username and password specific to HappyFox. Admins and Agents can login to Service Desk using their Google Apps credentials
Your contacts can access HappyFox using their Google Apps credentials, simplifying the login process for them as well. Requesters can login to Service Desk using their Google Apps credentials.
In the case of new agents, their initial login attempt automatically generates new agent accounts, which can then be approved by a HappyFox administrator for seamless onboarding.
